Discovery Journal Group Virtual Class
The 10-week group virtual class will take place weekly for 1.5 hours.

We will explore the mind-body bond that harnesses self-care, its importance and the impact of identifying adopting time and space to honour your needs. Lastly, You will discover the significance of creative expression. and its positive impact on daily self-care.
